成分:植物油,黄姜粉,花生,芝麻,辣椒,白醋,盐,糖,淀粉。 材料:青瓜,包菜,长豆,红萝卜,凤梨,沙葛,红辣椒,青辣椒等。
烹调法(60gm酱料可供2人分食用):
- 材料清洗后切条,加入少许盐搅拌,放入滚水中煮热后捞起。
- 再以冷水冲洗,沥干水分,待用。如不要沥干水分,冷水冲洗后放入布袋挤出水分,口感更佳。
- 将素娘惹阿扎酱放入盘内,加入适量温水搅拌均匀。酱料的使用分量可随个人口味增加或减少。
- 将沥干水分后的材料,伴入已准备好的素娘惹阿扎酱搅拌均匀后,即可食用。
其他用途: 下列材料经过油炸后,可淋上已经过温水调稀的素娘惹阿扎酱调味,即可食用: 素四方/圆鱼,素白斩鸡,素羊肉,素面线虾,素鸡腿,素火腿等等。
Ingredients: Vegetable Oil, Turmeric Powder, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, Chilli, White Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Starch.
Prepare: Cucumber, Cabage, Yardlong Beans, Carrots, Pineapple, Sengkuang, Red Chilli, Green Chilli, etc.
Cooking Methods (60gm for 2 servings):
- Cut all the food ingredients in slices, add some salt and stir evenly. Cook with boiled water and drain.
- Rinse thoroughly with cold water, drip dry, set aside. For better chewing taste, squeeze dried with cloth.
- Pour come Penang Nyonya Achar Paste in a plate, add some warm water and stir evenly. May increase or reduce the paste according to preference flavour.
- Mix all the food ingredients with the prepared paste and stir evenly, ready to serve.
Other usage:
Those food ingredient listed below may deep fry with hot oil, and then serve with Penang Nyonya Achar Paste which has been diluted with warm water:
