Zhang’s Family Member Year 2024 - 2025
Welcome to join us as one of the members of Zhang Village.
Zhang Village breathes life into culture and promotes Malaysian cultural specialities; hence we created Zhang’s Family members benefits for all to join us together.
Zhang Village invites all Malaysia's three main races and its neighboring countries friends and relatives to share together the traditional flavor and essence of Malaysia's special products.
1. MEMBERSHIP
1.1. To join as Zhang’s Family Member, customer is required to complete the application at any Zhang Village outlet or inside the Zhang Village App for FREE.
1.2. Zhang Village Marketing Sdn Bhd reserve the rights to free Zhang’s Family Gold Membership to express our gratitude for customer feedback or opinions, our company will provide a complimentary product to customers who share their feedback.
2. Membership Differences
2.1 Zhang’s Family Membership have 3 level in total, Classic Member, Gold Member and Platinum Member.
2.2 Zhang’s Family Classic member is the basic membership. All customers can join for free.
2.3 Zhang’s Family Gold member can be upgraded from Classic Level with purchase or any items above RM100.00 in one bill, or can be upgraded from Classic Member with accumulation of 1000 points within 1 year.
2.4 Zhang’s Family Platinum member can be obtained by upgrading from Gold Level with accumulation of 3000 pointswithin 1 year.
3. MEMBER PRIVILEGES
3.1. Upon presentation of the member details, only Gold and Platinum Level Zhang’s Family Member is entitled to a 5% discount on all regular-priced products (term and condition applies).
3.2. Extra 10% discount for member for their first bill on their Birthday Month to celebrate member’s birthday.
3.3. For Classic Level, every RM1 spent will be converted to 1 point, Gold Level will get 2 points for RM1 spend, Platinum Level will get 3 points for RM1 spend.
3.4. Points can be accumulated with ALL purchases in all Zhang Village outlets or in Zhang Village APP.
3.5. Member points earned can be converted to discount, every 2000 points can convert to RM5.00 discount, and points will be automatically deducted after redeemed.
3.6. In a particular period, the company will offer special promotion items and value buy items special for Zhang’s Family Members only.
3.7. Member points can be accumulated with yearly renewal of the card. Each renewal will take effect from the last expiry date of the previous renewal.
3.8. Zhang’s Family Members must mention their phone number or I/C number to the cashier before payment during each purchase in order to enjoy the special discount and to facilitate recording of sales transaction.
3.9. Zhang’s Family Members can check their point balance at any Zhang Village outlets in Malaysia or through their APP in their phone
4. MEMBER TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1. No discount for all Oloiya brand products.
4.2. No discount for promotion items, value buy items and any fresh produce items such as eggs or potato.
4.3. All previously accumulated points will be forfeited if the member fails to renew the expired card within 12 months after the expiry date.
4.4. Member points earned are non-transferable and/or assignable to any other person(s).
4.5. Member points earned are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other items.
4.6. Zhang Village Marketing Sdn Bhd reserve the right to downgrade any member that do not meet the requirement to be at the specific level every year since the joining date.
4.7. The Zhang’s Family Membership is not a credit card and is not meant to be converted for cash. It is strictly not transferable.
4.8. ALL PAYMENTS MADE BY MEMBER IN ZHANG VILLAGE OUTLETS USING INCARD MEMBER CAN ENTITLE FOR POINT COLLECTIONS, WHICH INCLUDE ALL DEPOSIT PAYMENT/ CARD PAYMENT/ CASH PAYMENT/ EWALLET PAYMENT AND ETC, AS LONG AS CASHIER REMEMBER TO KEY IN MEMBER INFORMATION BEFORE CUSTOMER MADE THE PAYMENT.
5. THE MEMBERSHIP CARD OUTBREAK SITUATION
5.1. Zhang Village Marketing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to deduct the balance of a member’s accumulated points in the event that any points are suspected of being fraudulently recorded, recorded in error or related to a transaction which has been cancelled or where a refund has been given.
5.2. Zhang Village Marketing Sdn Bhd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Member Redemption Point program at any time it deems necessary. In such a case, Zhang Village Marketing Sdn Bhd shall give advance notice to manner Zhang Village Marketing Sdn Bhd. deems appropriate.

Zhang Village reserves the right to change any of the above terms and conditions without further notice. Any dispute arises on the application or use of Zhang’s Family Membership shall be solely decided by Zhang Village Marketing Sdn Bhd and all decisions shall be final.
