Return & Refund Policy

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging of the items should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.

 

Customer has to pay the shipping fees to deliver the refunded item themselves if the items has to be refunded due to personal problem such as taste is not as expected or customer do not like the taste and not because of the product itself is damaged due to delivery to customer in the first place.

 

If the returned goods/products has been used or damaged not as been shown to us when customer requested for refund , there will not be any refund to be made by us. C.H. Food Marketing Sdn Bhd (317688-V) will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7-14 days after the confirmation.
