Delivery Information

*Free Delivery only apply for purchases above RM69.00 inside Zhang Village App, using normal courier delivery to be delivered within West Malaysia areas.


1. Delivery Information

  1. Please ensure that all information is correct before submitting an order e.g. recipient's name, delivery address & contact number.
  2. Your orders will be processed on daily basis during business day, which is Monday to Friday.
  3. The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 9am (Malaysia Time). We will send out your order on the same day, if we receive your payment information before 9am.
  4. We might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem. For urgent order, please make a note in your order form so that we can try our best to carry special arrangement for you.
  5. zhangvillage.com.my reserves the rights to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and the weight of your goods.
  6. If you've given us an undelivered address or contact number and causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible on resending the parcel to you. You will have to pay the additional shipping fee for resending the parcel.

 

Delivery Time

Peninsular West Malaysia : 2 - 3 working days for you to receive your order.

Sabah / Sarawak : Additional 4-6 working days for you to receive your order.



* Delivery to rural or remote area may take an additional 2-3 working days.

* The delivery time stated above is subject to service provided by our designed courier and we will not be liable for any delays on the courier's end.

Reshipment Policy

Delivery services for reshipment shall be borne by the customer.

You can always contact us to inquire further confirmation about reshipment.

 


Return / Refund issue related to Delivery

zhangvillage.com.my guarantees the quality of the products sent when leaving the premises. All orders are delivered by post. Any problems or complains upon receiving of products must be made within 24 hours.

Any refund or return request will be handled on case to case basis.

No refund will be given if insufficient information provided.

No P.O. box addresses will be accepted.

If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, no refunds will be made as the ordered items are considered as delivered. In cases such as failure of delivery to some rural areas, no refund will be given. We will be happy to hear any respond from you.
