Rojak Sauce is also known as Sambal Rojak. It is made using prawn paste cooked with chilli, belacan and sesame seeds to produce a Malaysian-style salad dressing or dip. It is often tossed with a mixture of cut fruits and vegetables, roasted/boiled cuttlefish, and fried dough crullers. The all-time favourite salad dish is served with a splash of crushed roasted peanuts.
