优质黄糖是一种柔软的优质细颗粒浅棕色晶体糖。它通过自然的制作过程,无添加剂或化学物质。采用100%全天然甘蔗汁制作,因此它具有浓郁的甘蔗香气和柔和的口感。它适合用于制作糖水,或烘培成蛋糕,布丁或饼干。


优质黄糖采用的原料是甘蔗,含有95%左右的蔗糖,传统的方法是将收割下来的甘蔗经过切碎碾压,压出来的汁液先去除泥土、细菌、纤维等杂质,接着以小火熬煮5~6小时,不断搅拌让水份慢慢的蒸发掉,使糖的浓度逐渐增高。

 

这种传统做法保持了甘蔗原本的营养,同时也使黄糖带有一股类似焦糖的特殊风味。制作过程中熬煮的时间越久,黄糖的颜色也越深,使黄糖呈现出不同深浅的红褐色。

A soft, fine-grained sugar with light brown crystals. It has a rich sugar cane aroma and a soft flavour owing to the process of using pure sugar cane and by using natural process i.e without using any chemicals or additives. It is widely used in confectionary and baking industry, and it is also ideal for desserts, cookies or pudding recipes.

 

The traditional method is to chop and crush the harvested sugar cane, remove the dirt, bacteria, fibres and other impurities from the juice, then boil it over low heat for 5 to 6 hours, stirring constantly to allow the water to evaporate slowly and gradually increase the concentration of sugar.

 

This traditional method maintains the original nutrients of the sugar cane and gives the sugar a special caramel-like flavour. The longer it is boiled, the darker the sugar becomes, giving it a different shade of red-brown.

 

Brown sugar has the effect of nourishing the blood and nourishing the liver, relieving pain in the middle, strengthening the spleen and warming the stomach, dispersing cold and resolving blood stasis.
