材料:

  • 张洪高山文冬干姜片 10片
  • 《诚食》天然上等原灰枣(或雪梨) 8粒
  • 矿泉水 500毫升
     

做法: 将全部食材放入炖盅,之后放进电子砂煲炖4-5小时。即食, 记得要趁热喝姜汤。

做法:

  1. 清洗后,将全部食材放入锅中。
  2. 用大火煮滚10分钟后,转小火熬煮三-四小时。
  3. 加入有机红糖,待有机红糖融化即可熄火,盛碗享用。

注意:

熬煮期间不可掀盖,防止氧化。

熬煮关键在于浓度让姜汤浓缩。如病患者可以服用少量的姜汤而得到高热源补充因为姜汤易吸收。建议当天熬煮当天服用。

保存:可将熬好的热高山文冬姜汤马上存放在保温杯中随时服用,建议在8小时内要喝完。若觉变味,说明已变质,不可饮用。
